Uiba Vladimir Viktorovich
Head of FMBA of Russia
Vladimir Viktorovich was born on October 4, 1958 in the city of Omsk. In 1982 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk State Medical Institute, hygienist, epidemiologist.
MD. In 1998 he was awarded the honorary title of Honorary Doctor of the Russian Federation. He studied series "Economics and Management of Enterprises" at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
By the Order of the Government dated November 6, 2004. No. 1411-p he was appointed as head of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency.

What is FMBA of Russia?
In accordance with the Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation on April 11, 2005 № 206 "On the Federal Medical-Biological Agency" Federal Medical-Biological Agency organizes health interventions to prevent, identify causes, location and emergency response, radiation, chemical and biological accidents and incidents, the spread of infectious diseases and mass non-infectious diseases (poisoning).
